If your device can connect to the web, we can use licenced, secure remote access software to access your device and resolve pretty much any issue you may be encountering.
If your device is unable to access the web, no problem. We can set up a video call to observe what's going on and guide you through the steps to resolve the issue.
All of our remote access sessions must be accepted by the client, so you can rest assured that even if you leave the remote access software on your device after the session, nobody will be able to access your device without your express permission.
Arrange a day and time which is most convenient for you. We will be ready to get you the help that you need.
Need to go out and leave us to it? No problem. If you are happy for us to work through the issue(s) whilst you get on, just let us know and we'll close everything up when we're done.
We only use licenced, secure remote access software. We'll talk you through downloading and installing their client app to enable us to safely connect to your device.
When we're done with getting you back up and running, you can either remove the client app for peace of mind, or leave it be for future use.
